We want you to love every order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Eligibility

Report any damaged, missing, or quality issues within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with your order number and a photo of the item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer.

Non-refundable

Perishable items that have been opened or consumed, and orders reported after 24 hours, are not eligible for refunds.
